Decorating Easter Eggs

On Thursday, Rada invited us down to her house to decorate easter eggs. We got there mid morning and Ethan was excited to play with his Aunt. Rada let Ethan help her put the colors into the mugs and add the water after she added the vinegar. He was very happy to help.

While we were waiting for the colors to disolve we put stickers on our hands. Ethan picked basketballs, and I picked butterflys.

Ethan really liked plopping the eggs in to the mugs to get there color.

Aunt Lizzy was also able to come and play with us too.

After decorating eggs, Rada and Lizzy made us a delicious lunch while Ethan watched a movie and Landon took a nap.

Isn't this how we all watch movies?

The Easter Bunny also came to Rada's house.

Thanks for a wonderful morning Rada. We had such a wonderful time. Ethan keeps asking me when we can go back to your house.

Looks like such a good time! Newspaper on the table--that's the way to do it.

Those Easter Eggs didn't peel really well...they were a little mushy. :) I think I'll wait to show Ethan how to play Humpty Dumpty until next year.

Ethan is demonstrating the universal law that governs "saving your seat"; So long as his feet touch his seat, it can not be taken from him. Way to play, Ethan.
