We had such a great time at our parks Easter egg hunt. Aaron came with us this year because Landon was old enough to participate. Landon quickly grabbed 2 pieces of candy and didn't let go of them. I asked him if he wanted to get anymore and he said No. Aaron took off with Ethan to get away from the main group and he got some delicious treats. It was so cute to see all the kids hunting for eggs.
The night before Easter I put Ethan to bed and told him that if he got out of bed the Easter bunny wasn't going to come to our house. He stayed in bed and went to sleep, but that night he woke up with a bad night mare. Aaron went in to take care of him and I guess Ethan was so upset because he thought the Easter Bunny wouldn't come to our house now. I felt awful that morning, but the boys were so happy that the Easter Bunny did indeed come to their house.
We kept having to remind Ethan about why we celebrate Easter. It was cute to see his little brain thinking about the true meaning of the holiday.
We also had a wonderful dinner and egg hunt with Aaron's family. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter too.

What a fun activity at the park. I don't remember that we ever went on an Easter Egg Hunt. What happy memories for the boys. Mom
