My Big Boy

Landon has been such a blessing in our family.  He is 3 and a half and wants to do everything his brother does.  Landon has such a big heart and tells me multiple times a day that he loves me.  It is one of the greatest things ever. He has been a great helper with his sister, and loves to hold her and give her kisses on her head.  Landon has an infectious laugh and smile.  I love when he laughs at movies, and then looks over at Ethan still laughing and gives him this look like wasn't that funny, and usually Ethan starts to laugh too.  Landon loves to play outside, but is also in love with playing on the computer which we have to limit.  We sure do love our Landon and are excited to do some fun things this summer.

Last Day of Kindergarten

 Ethan had a great last week of kindergarten.  He had class on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday was his program/graduation, Thursday was field day and Friday was the Kindergarten water party.  He was excited to play with his friends and throw water balloons.

Landon is so excited to have his brother home every day now, and so am I.  Landon loves playing with Ethan and for the most part they get along pretty well.  They are both getting so tall.  I still have a hard time with how fast the time goes.  We are so excited for the summer and for the opportunity we have to sleep it :)

Kindergarten Graduation

Ethan has officially graduated from kindergarten.  I can't believe that the school year is already over.  Ethan has come so far this year.  He has become a great reader and is doing well with his addition and subtraction. He is also doing such a great job learning Chinese.  I am truly amazed at all the things that he knows.  We had such a fun time at his program listening to songs the kids have learned in English and Chinese.  Ethan we are so proud of all your hard work this year and are excited for you to go to first grade.

2 Weeks Old

Wow! It is hard to believe that our little Lily is 2 weeks old.  She is such a wonderful baby.  All she does is eat and sleep.  She has a couple of wakeful  moments during the day, but quickly falls asleep once I feed her.  I have loved snuggling with her and so have her brothers.

What's Missing?

Ethan lost his first tooth, at school, last week.  It has been wiggly for a long time.  We kept telling him to keep wiggling it and that it would eventually fall out, but he kept saying that it hurt to do that.  Ethan's tooth came out while he was eating a fruit roll up for lunch.  He was very excited to show us his tooth when he got home and we were very excited that it had finally come out.  The Tooth Fairy left him a dollar for his tooth, and also left his tooth in his little tooth container per Ethan's request.  It has been funny to watch Ethan stick straws in his mouth without opening it.  We can't believe he is old enough to be loosing his teeth.  They sure grow up fast.

Lily's First Bath

 I was able to give Lily her first bath and home.  My mom usually has this honor, but because she wasn't able to make it to our house this week I was able to bathe my beautiful little girl.

 Lily really loved taking a bath.  She didn't even cry, unless her head was touching the cold tub.

 I loved snuggling with Lily and smelling her clean lotioned face when she was all dressed for bed.

Snuggle Time

 Aaron loves having snuggle time with his little girl Lily.  When we first found out we were having a girl Aaron started thinking of names right away.  He would email me his favorites and we would talk about them while eating dinner.

Aaron even decorated Lily's nursery for her and me.  It is so beautiful and I love being in there with her for her nightly feedings.  I would have to say he is in LOVE with his little girl, and how could you not be.
